This is the menu for the 7 days Eggs Diet you will need to follow!
Monday:
- Breakfast–two oranges, two boiled eggs, and one cup low-fat sour milk;
- Lunch– 6.6 oz (200 g) of boiled chicken without skin and one cup of yogurt;
- Dinner– one boiled egg, 5 oz (150 g) of boiled chicken without skin and one orange ;
Tuesday:
- Breakfast– two boiled eggs and juice made from one lemon;
- Lunch– 5 oz (150 g) of roasted fish and one grapefruit;
- Dinner– three hard-boiled eggs;
Wednesday:
- Breakfast– two hard-boiled eggs and one cup of warm water with one freshly squeezed lemon juice;
- Lunch– 6.6 oz (200 gr) of boiled beef and one grapefruit;
- Dinner– three hard-boiled eggs;
Thursday:
- Breakfast– three scrambled eggs with dill, onion and parsley;
- Lunch– 5 oz (150 g) of cooked chicken and salad of seasonal vegetables
- Dinner– one hard-boiled egg and two oranges;
Friday:
- Breakfast– hall two carrots, two hard-boiled eggs and one tablespoon sour cream;
- Lunch– two carrots and one cup freshly squeezed orange;
- Dinner– 3.3 oz (100 g) of boiled fish and one boiled egg;
Saturday:
- Breakfast– 5 oz (150 g) of low-fat yogurt and one freshly squeezed juice from citrus;
- Lunch– two boiled eggs and two grapefruit;
- Dinner– only water;
Sunday:
- Breakfast– two boiled eggs and half a grapefruit;
- Lunch– 6.6 oz (200 g) of beef and one orange;
- Dinner– only water;
Additional tips:
Consult a doctor before starting this diet. During the diet you must drink plenty of water. After you finish the diet you will need to consume oranges, cheese, grapefruit and eggs until you gradually return to your normal diet.
