This is a recipe that will help you to cleanse your blood and to lose some weight.
Ingredients:
5 lemons, preferably organic
5 or 6 sprigs of parsley
3 liters of filtered water
1 tablespoon of baking soda
Directions:
Thoroughly chop lemons and parsley. Stir together with water in a large pot. Bring to a boil, then turn down heat and let simmer for 2 hours. Remove from heat, let cool for at least 1 hour. Add baking soda and stir thoroughly. Then, let mixture slowly simmer again for another 3 hours.
In the end, you should be left with about 1.5 liters of this mixture. Don’t worry if it’s a little more watery; it will still be effective. Start some aerobic exercises like walking, running, bicycling and swimming.
